摘　　要：在剧场规划建设的过程中,应该予以充分考虑的因素有哪些?本文通过对上海宛平剧院规划建设这一实际案例进行归纳总结,在战略定位、地理位置、与内容匹配度、运营成本、服务功能、运营筹备(与规划建设有效衔接)六个方面进行分析阐述,得出了以下结论——剧场硬件应当与上演节目的内容紧密融合,充分兼顾艺术家、观众的需求和习惯以及剧场运营管理的成本控制等综合因素。综上所述,剧场规划建设和运营管理是密不可分的两个环节,只有在前期规划建设时充分考虑到运营管理的实际情况,才有可能使得剧场运营更加安全、平稳、高效。What factors should be fully considered in the process of theatre planning and construction? By summarizing the actual case of the planning and construction of Shanghai Wanping theater, this paper analyzes and expounds the six aspects of strategic positioning, geographical location, matching with the content, operation cost, service function and operation preparation(effective connection with the planning and construction), and comes to the following conclusion-the theatre hardware should be closely integrated with the content of the program, giving full consideration to the needs and habits of artists, the audience and the cost control of theatre operation and management. To sum up, theatre planning and construction and operation management are two inseparable links. Only when the actual situation of operation management is fully taken into account in the early planning and construction, can the theatre operation be more safe, stable and efficient.
