摘　　要：介绍了投标商务报价文件包括的内容,详细探讨了投标商务报价文件的编制思路及方法,以及建筑工程投标商务报价文件编制的检查及审核过程,使文件编制科学、精确、合理,以最合理的投标价格获得优质项目,提高中标率。This paper introduces the contents of bidding commercial quotation documents, discusses in detail the ideas and methods of the preparation of bidding commercial quotation documents, and the inspection and review process of the preparation of bidding commercial quotation documents of construction projects, so as to make the documentation scientific, accurate and reasonable, to obtain high-quality projects with the most reasonable bidding price and improve the winning rate.
