摘　　要：论述了复杂社会环境下的境外工程大安全管理的重要性,指出当下的国际社会环境日趋复杂,存在很多不确定、不安全因素,分析了复杂社会环境下境外工程大安全管理必须重视安全文化的重要性,并从专业化、信息化、属地化与动态化管理4个方面提升大安全管理质量与效率。This paper discusses the importance of large-scale safety management of overseas projects under complex social environment,points out that the current international social environment is becoming more and more complex, and there are many uncertain and unsafe factors, analyzes the importance of safety culture in overseas engineering safety management under complex social environment, and improves the quality and efficiency of safety management from four aspects: specialization, informatization, localization and dynamic management..
