摘 要:采用动电位极化曲线和电化学阻抗谱方法研究了15Cr超级马氏体不锈钢在腐蚀环境中的耐蚀性能,分析了介质的pH值、Cl^(-)含量和CO_(2)对腐蚀电化学特性的影响。结果表明,随着Cl^(-)浓度的提高,钢的点蚀电位明显降低;在含有饱和CO_(2)的NaCl溶液中,钢的维钝电流密度较高,但点蚀电位也较正,不锈钢在含CO_(2)的腐蚀介质中会形成一层稳定的腐蚀产物膜;随着pH值的降低,不锈钢的耐蚀性能逐渐下降。The corrosion resistance of 15 Cr super martensitic stainless steel(SMSS) in corrosive environment was studied by potentiodynamic polarization curve and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS).The effects of pH value, Cl^(-1) content and CO_(2)on the corrosion electrochemical characteristics were analyzed. The results showed that with the increase of Clconcentrationd, the pitting potential of stainless steel decreased obviously. In NaCl solution containing saturated CO_(2), the dimensional blunt current density of steel was higher, but the pitting potential was also more positive, and which stainless steel would formed a stable corrosion product film in the corrosion medium containing CO_(2). With the decrease of pH value, the corrosion resistance of stainless steel decreased gradually.
