摘  要:研究了合金成分调控及生产工艺对6A02铝合金异型管组织和性能的影响。结果表明,化学成分在内控范围内,同时生产工艺条件选择均匀化处理制度为525~540℃×12 h、铸棒加热温度为490±10℃、挤压速度为4.5~5.0 m/min、挤压系数为37、人工时效制度为175℃×9 h,所获得6A02铝合金异型管的力学性能、低高倍组织和产品质量均符合技术要求。The effect of the alloy composition reguletion and production technology on the microstructure and properties of 6 A02 aluminum alloy special-shaped tube was studied. The results show that when the chemical composition is within the internal control range, and that the homogenization treatment system is in the range of 525 to 540 ℃ for 12 h, the heating temperature is 490±10 ℃, the extrusion rate is 4.5 to 5.0 m/min, the extrusion coefficient is 37 and the aging system is 175 ℃ for 9 h, the mechanical properties, macrostructure and product quality of 6 A02 special-shaped tube all meet the technical requirements.
