摘 要:20CrMnMo渗碳钢具有较高的淬透性,常用于加工模数较大的齿轮,但在加工过程中极易出现粘刀。本文采用成分分析、金相观察、硬度检测等方法对20CrMnMo齿轮出现粘刀的原因进行分析,并提出改进措施。结果表明:原材料晶粒粗大,铁素体及珠光体分布不均形成局部软区;锻造后正火处理不能解决局部软区问题,造成锻件硬度低;小滚齿刀排屑能力低,从而导致粘刀现象的出现。20 CrMnMo carburizing steel has high hardenability and is always used for large modulus gears, but it is very easy to appear sticky knife problems in the process of machining. In this paper, the causes of sticking knife of 20 CrMnMo gear were analyzed by means of chemical composition analysis, metallographic observation and and hardness testing. The results show that the raw materials has coarse grain size, uneven distribution of ferrite and pearlite, forming local soft zone. After forging, normalizing treatment can not solve the local soft zone problem, resulting in low hardness of forgings. And small hobbing cutter chip removal ability is low, which results in the sticking knife problems.
