摘 要:本文针对气体氮化中常见的漏渗、渗层脆性大、深度浅、硬度低和零件变形等问题进行了论述。并提出了加强工艺纪律、设备升级和风险点识别等改进措施,使得气体氮化的质量稳定可靠。The common problems in gas nitriding such as leakage, high brittleness, shallow depth, low hardness and parts deformation were discussed in this paper. And the improvement measures such as strengthening process discipline, upgrading equipment and identifying risk points were put forward to make the quality of gas nitriding stable and reliable.
