摘  要:煤矿水害是影响煤矿安全生产的主要灾害之一,针对雅店煤矿副立井井筒渗漏水问题,采用集中出水点的注浆、环形接茬及出水口周长较大的环形接茬处注浆,井壁微小的裂纹、微孔出水处注浆等综合煤矿井筒破壁注浆技术,优化注浆材料配比、注浆孔布置、注浆压力等注浆参数和注浆工艺,综合分析了煤矿井筒破壁注浆技术在雅店煤矿副立井井筒水害成功治理案例,以期对此类煤矿水害治理工程提供指导和借鉴。Coal mine water disaster is one of the main disasters affecting coal mine safety production. In view of the problem of water leakage in the auxiliary shaft of Yadian Coal Mine, through the grouting technology of comprehensive coal mine shaft drill grouting, such as grouting at the concentrated water outlet, the annular stubble and annular stubble with large perimeter of water outlet, the small cracks in the wall and the microporous water outlet, the grouting parameters and grouting processes such as grouting material ratio, grouting holes arrangement and grouting pressure are optimized. The successful treatment case of coal mine shaft drill grouting technology of water disaster in the auxiliary shaft of Yadian Coal Mine is comprehensively analyzed, in order to provide guidance and reference for such coal mine water disaster control projects.
