摘　　要：为实现挖金湾煤业公司主斜井井底煤仓破坏区域的快速修复,设计提出了井底煤仓快速修复技术,采用锰钢板、混凝土浇筑配合锚杆或植筋加固的方法对煤仓破坏区域进行修复,同时在流煤通道内做缓冲钢链门帘、在原落煤位置制作缓冲平台,井底煤仓修复后,将落煤位置调至煤仓中心,降低了落煤对主煤仓的冲击破坏,同时提高了煤仓仓壁强度,增加了煤仓的服务年限。In order to realize the rapid repair of the damaged area of the bottom coal bunker of the main inclined shaft of Wajinwan coal industry company, the design puts forward the rapid repair technology of the bottom coal bunker.The damaged area of the coal bunker is repaired by using manganese steel plate, concrete pouring and bolt or planting reinforcement. At the same time, a buffer steel chain curtain is made in the coal flow channel, and a buffer platform is made at the original coal falling position. After the bottom coal bunker is repaired, the coal falling position is adjusted to the center of the coal bunker, The impact damage of coal falling on the main coal bunker is reduced, the strength of the bunker wall is improved, and the service life of the bunker is increased.
