King互动达标理论下亲情式护理用于经尿道前列腺钬激光剜除术治疗前列腺增生患者围术期护理的价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨King互动达标理论下亲情式护理用于经尿道前列腺钬激光剜除术治疗前列腺增生(BPH)患者围术期护理的价值。方法:选取收治的需行经尿道前列腺钬激光剜除术治疗的BPH患者118例,采用随机数表法分为对照组(n=59)和观察组(n=59),两组患者均经尿道前列腺钬激光剜除术治疗,给予对照组患者围术期常规护理,给予观察组患者围术期King互动达标理论下亲情式护理。比较两组患者术前睡眠时间、术后舒适度评分与并发症发生情况,护理前后患者生活质量。结果:观察组患者术前睡眠时间、术后舒适度评分均明显高于对照组;护理后两组患者生活质量评分均明显高于护理前,护理后观察组患者生活质量各项评分均明显高于对照组;护理后观察组术后并发症发生率为1.69%,明显低于对照组的11.86%,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:King互动达标理论下亲情式护理可有效改善行经尿道前列腺钬激光剜除术治疗围术期BPH患者术前睡眠质量,降低并发症,提高手术依从性和患者生活质量,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the value of kinship nursing for patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH) treated by transurethral holmium laser enucleation under the theory of King′s interaction.Method 118 patients with BPH who were required to undergo transurethral laser enucleation of the prostate were selected and divided into the control group(n=59) and the observation group(n=59). Both groups of patients were treated with transurethral holmium laser enucleation of the prostate. Patients in the control group were given perioperative routine care, and patients in the observation group were given perioperative care based on the King′s interactive reach standard theory. The preoperative sleep time, postoperative comfort score and complications, and the quality of life of the patients before and after nursing were compared between the two groups. Results The preoperative sleep time and postoperative comfort scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group;the quality of life scores of the patients in the two groups after nursing were significantly higher than those before the nursing, and the observation group after the nursing, the scores of the patients′ quality of life were significantly higher than those of the control group;the postoperative complication rate in the observation group after nursing was 1.69%, which was significantly lower than the control group′s 11.86%(all P<0.05). Conclusion Family care based on King′s interactive reach standard theory can effectively improve the preoperative sleep quality of patients undergoing transurethral holmium laser enucleation for BPH patients during the perioperative period, reduce complications, improve surgical compliance and patients′ quality of life. It is worthy of popularization and application.
