摘  要:针对低压配电系统中三相不平衡负荷引起的电能损耗和电能质量问题,提出一种降低配电网三相电流不平衡度的方法,该方法考虑配电网中换相开关个数和线损成本,建立了换相开关个数最少和线损成本最低的多目标最优的数学模型,并且低压配电台区三相电流不平衡度满足要求;定义单个开关价值,配合改进的麻雀搜索算法求解最少换相开关个数和具体位置,最后通过仿真算例验证了所提方法的有效性。Aiming at the power loss and power quality problems caused by the three-phase unbalanced load in the low-voltage power distribution system, a method considering the quantity of commutation switches and the cost of power loss is proposed, which can reduce the three-phase current unbalance of the distribution network. A multi-objective optimal mathematical model with the least number of commutation switches and the lowest power loss cost was established, which meets the requirements of the three-phase current unbalance in the low-voltage distribution station area. Define the value of a single switch, and use the improved sparrow search algorithm to solve the minimum number of commutation switches and the specific position. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by a simulation example calculated.
