摘 要:从评价电量计量系统角度出发,对发电厂升压站电量不平衡的原因进行了具体分析,完整分析了造成某电厂升压站母线电量不平衡的原因。以某发电厂两台新投产机组为例,经统计该厂电能表输入、输出及不平衡电量,得出电能计量装置综合误差不合格导致母线电量不平衡,提出在生产检修期间校正电能表的正负误差,解决升压站电量不平衡问题。From the perspective of evaluating the power metering system, this paper analyzes the causes of the power imbalance in the booster station of a power plant, and fully analyzes the causes of the power imbalance in the bus of the booster station of a power plant. Taking two newly put into operation units of a power plant as an example, through the statistics of the input, output and unbalanced electric quantity of the electric energy meter of the power plant, it is concluded that it is caused by the unqualified comprehensive error of the electric energy metering device. It is proposed to correct the positive and negative errors of the electric energy meter during production and maintenance to solve the problem of power imbalance in the booster station.
