摘 要:为研究氨苄青霉素(AMP)和鸭疫里默氏菌噬菌体的协同作用,在亚MIC浓度AMP下,测定噬菌体RAP15对鸭疫里默氏菌RAf63生长的影响、RAP15形成的噬菌斑大小、增殖效果、不同噬菌体株对RAf63的裂解情况。动物试验比较噬菌体、AMP、二者合用对RAf63攻击的治疗效果。结果,亚MIC浓度的AMP下,RAP15对RAf63生长的抑制作用提高了4倍、RAP15噬菌斑的大小没有发生变化、RAP15培养后子代噬菌体增加,部分噬菌体株表现出裂解RAf63的能力。RAf63人工感染番鸭后,AMP和RAP15联合治疗组,比单用其中任何一种的效果都更好。研究表明,在体外抑制鸭疫里默氏菌的生长或体内治疗其感染,AMP和噬菌体都具有协同作用。该研究为应用AMP和噬菌体联合制剂来防控传染性浆膜炎提供了理论依据。To study the synergism of ampicillin(AMP)and the phage RAP15 against Riemerella anatipestifer,this study examined the effect of RAP15 on the growth of the strain RAf63,the size of plaques,the proliferation of RAP15,and the cleavage of different phage strains to RAf63 under the sub-MIC concentration of AMP.The therapeutic effect of phages,AMP and their combination on the attack of RAf63 were also tested in animal experiments.The results showed that the inhibition of RAP15 on the growth of RAf63 was increased 4 times under the sub-MIC of AMP.There was no change in the size of RAP15 plaques,the number of progeny phages increased and some phage strains performed the ability to cleave RAf63 under the sub-MIC of AMP.In the treatment of RAf63 attacks,the combination of AMP and RAP15 was better than single uses.These results showed that AMP and phages had synergistic effect on inhibiting the growth of R.anatipestifer in vitro and treating bacterial infection in vivo.This study provided experimental data for the application of AMP and phage combination in the prevention and control of infectious serositis.
