摘 要:为评价左旋咪唑对柔嫩艾美耳球虫活疫苗的免疫增强效力,本研究以3日龄雏鸡为研究对象,先通过笼养试验筛选左旋咪唑的有效剂量,再通过平养试验验证其效果。笼养试验结果显示,0.1 mg和0.05 mg组免疫期间的增重均稍高于0.2 mg组及无佐剂免疫组,ACI分别高于或相当于无佐剂免疫组。平养试验结果显示,0.1 mg和0.05 mg组免疫期间的增重均稍好于无佐剂免疫组,0.10 mg组的ACI明显高于0.05 mg组,而后者与无佐剂免疫组的相当;0.1 mg组CD8水平于免疫后第14 d明显高于无佐剂免疫组,而0.05 mg组与无佐剂免疫组相当;0.1 mg和0.05 mg组的TNF-α水平在免疫后第21 d和攻虫后7 d均明显高于无佐剂免疫组,而CD4分子与无佐剂免疫组之间无显著性差异。以上结果表明,0.1 mg左旋咪唑可以明显提高柔嫩艾美耳球虫对3日龄雏鸡的免疫效果。本研究结果为进一步评估左旋咪唑作为球虫病活疫苗的免疫增强剂提供理论基础。In order to evaluate whether or not levamisole as an adjuvant improved effi cacy of live vaccine of Eimeria tenella,the effective doses were fi rstly screened with battery test and then verifi ed with fl oor-pen trial in 3-day-old chickens.The results of the battery test showed that the weight gains and ACI during administration of the vaccines containing 0.1 mg and 0.05 mg groups were slightly higher than those of 0.2 mg group and non-adjuvant group.The results of the fl oor-pen trial showed that the weight gains during use of the vaccines with 0.1 mg and 0.05 mg groups were slightly higher than those of non-adjuvant group,and the ACI of 0.10 mg group was signifi cantly higher than that of 0.05 mg group,of which was similar to the non-adjuvant group.In addition,the CD8 level of 0.1 mg group was signifi cantly higher than that of the non-adjuvant group on the 14th day post immunization while that of 0.05 group was similar to the non-adjuvant group. The TNF-α levels of 0.1 mg and 0.05 mg groups were signifi cantly higher than that of non-adjuvant group on the 21st day post immunization and 7th day post challenge. However, the CD4 levels of these two groups were similar to the non-adjuvant group. In conclusion, 0.1 mg levamisole signifi cantly improved the immune effect of live E. tenella vaccine in 3-day-old chickens, which provided preliminary data for further evaluation of levamisole as an immunopotentiator for live vaccines against coccidiosis.
