父母代肉种鸡免疫肠炎沙门菌活疫苗两次与三次的效果跟踪

摘　　要：对肠炎沙门菌活疫苗两次与三次免疫保护效果进行比较,为种鸡场肠炎沙门菌活疫苗免疫程序制定提供科学指导。山东省某大型白羽肉种鸡公司A、B两个白羽肉种父母代场,每场前后各1批鸡,分别免疫两次和三次肠炎沙门菌活疫苗,使用平板凝集方法跟踪检测血清抗体,并定期对所产毛蛋和子代雏鸡做细菌分离和鉴定,综合评估疫苗保护效果。结果显示,三次免疫批次产毛蛋和子代雏鸡全程未分离到沙门菌,血清平板凝集检测无强阳性出现,而两次免疫批次最早自35周龄~49周龄即可自毛蛋或雏鸡中分离到肠炎沙门菌,并可持续至种鸡淘汰,血清平板凝集检测间断性出现强阳性。临床应用实践证明肠炎沙门菌活疫苗三次免疫保护效果优于两次免疫。A comparison of the protective effects of two and three immunizations with live Salmonella enterica vaccine was conducted to provide scientifi c guidance for the development of the immunization program of live Salmonella enterica vaccine in breeder farms.A big broiler breeder company in Shandong province,A and B,had one batch of chickens before and after each farm,immunized twice and three times with Salmonella enterica live vaccine,followed up with serum antibody detection using plate agglutination method,and regularly performed bacterial isolation and identifi cation on the laid eggs and offspring chicks to comprehensively evaluate the vaccine protection effect.The results showed that Salmonella enterica was not isolated from eggs and offspring chicks of the three immunized batches,and no strong positive serum plate agglutination test appeared,while Salmonella enterica was isolated from eggs or chicks of the two immunized batches from 35 weeks to 49 weeks of age at the earliest,and continued until the breeder culled,and strong positive serum plate agglutination test appeared intermittently.The clinical application proved that three immunizations of live Salmonella enterica vaccine were more effective than two immunizations.
