龙岩市猪结肠小袋纤毛虫和猪囊等孢球虫的Mini-Flotac方法检测

摘　　要：为了解福建龙岩地区部分猪场猪结肠小袋纤毛虫和猪囊等孢球虫的感染情况,采集龙岩地区规模化猪场与中小型猪场不同年龄阶段的猪粪便共1029份,采用直接涂片法和Mini-Flotac进行检测。结果阳性粪便为457份,总的感染率为44.41.%,感染强度(OPG)范围为150~7800。其中规模化猪场感染率为41.83%(302/722),中小型猪场感染率为50.49%(155/307);猪结肠小袋纤毛虫的感染率为33.43%(344/1029),猪囊等孢球虫的感染率为10.98%(113/1029)。每个年龄阶段结肠小袋纤毛虫均有感染,最高感染率达51.64%;猪囊等孢球虫主要感染怀孕母猪以及幼龄仔猪,最高感染率达50.00%。结果表明,福建龙岩市地区部分猪场主要感染的肠道寄生虫为猪结肠小袋纤毛虫和猪囊等孢球虫。In order to understand the infection status of Balantidium coli and Cystoisospora suis on some pig farms in Longyan,Fujian province,a total of 1029 fecal samples were collected from pigs at different ages on large-scale farms and small or medium-sized farms and examined using direct smear and Mini-Flotac methods.Results showed that 457(44.41%)fecal samples were positive and the intensity of infection(Oocysts per gram,OPG)ranged from 150 to 7800.The positive rates were 41.83%(302/722)on large-scale pig farms and 50.49%(155/307)on small and medium-sized pig farms.The infected rates were 33.43%(344/1029)for B.coli and 10.98%(113/1029)for C.suis.Pigs at all ages were found infected with B.coli with the highest infection rate of 51.64%.On the other hand,pregnant sows and piglets were commonly infected with C.suis with the infection rate of 50.00%.In summary,these results indicated that B.coli and C.suis were the major intestinal parasites on some pig farms in Longyan city of Fujian province.
