江苏某地鸭群中乙型脑炎病毒及其抗体检测

摘　　要：乙型脑炎病毒(JEV)属于黄病毒科黄病毒属,是一种重要的人畜共患病原体。JEV于1924年在日本首次被发现,至今已成为东南亚国家人类健康的主要威胁之一。JEV主要通过蚊媒传播,禽类是JEV的主要扩增宿主之一。本研究为了调查JEV在鸭群的流行情况,采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)对江苏省某地部分鸭群进行JEV的血清抗体检测,同时对疑似病例进行了JEV的PCR检测。结果显示,在被检测的20份产蛋种鸭血清样本中JEV抗体阳性率为75%(15/20);PCR检测结果显示,在所检测的19份病死雏鸭样本中,有1份为JEV阳性,2份为JEV弱阳性,20份产蛋种鸭抗凝血样本均为阴性。该项研究结果表明了该地鸭群中存在JEV感染,对当地养殖业构成潜在的威胁,同时提醒需要加强JEV在鸭群中的监测并采取有效的防控措施。Japanese encephalitis virus(JEV)belongs to the genus Flavivirus,family Flaviviridae and is an important zoonotic pathogen.It was fi rstly recorded in 1924 in Japan and has become one of the major threats to human health in southeast Asian countries.Japanese encephalitis virus is mainly transmitted by mosquito vectors,and birds serve as one of the amplifi ed hosts.In order to investigate the prevalence of JEV in ducks in Jiangsu province,we examined JEV antibodies in 20 serum samples of egg laying ducks by ELISA and JEV E gene in 19 tissue samples of dead ducklings by RT-PCR.The results showed that 15(75%)outs of 20 serum samples were positive for JEV antibodies 1 tissue sample was positive for JEV E gene and 2 tissue samples were weakly positive.In addition,all 20 anticoagulant blood samples of egg-laying ducks were negative for JEV E gene.These results indicated that JEV was prevalent in the duck populations examined,which posed a potential threat to the local breeding industry and was a necessity to strengthen the monitoring of JEV in ducks.
