摘 要:为研究无心车床刀盘结构在切削加工过程中的动力学特性,避免产生共振,对刀盘结构进行模态和谐响应分析。建立刀盘结构的三维模型,导入ABAQUS中对刀盘结构进行模态分析,分别得到刀盘、刀盒和装配的刀盘结构的前六阶固有频率与模态振型。在模态分析基础上,对刀盘结构进行谐响应分析,得到位移与频率响应曲线。结果表明:刀盘结构的位移和268Hz时振幅最大,即固有模态阶数的第1阶附近。通过谐响应分析,得出刀盘结构易发生共振时的频率,同时得出各零件的固有频率重叠部分,为无心车床的结构设计和优化提供理论依据。In order to study the dynamic characteristics of the cutter head structure of the center less lathe during the cutting process,avoid resonance,and analyze the modal and harmonious response of the cutter head structure.Establish a three-dimensional model of the cutter head structure and import it into ABAQUS for modal analysis of the cutter head structure,and obtain the first six natural frequencies and modal modes of the cutter head,cutter box and assembled cutter head structure respectively.On the basis of modal analysis,the harmonic response analysis of the cutter head structure is carried out,and the displacement and frequency response curves are obtained.The results show that the displacement of the cutter head structure and the amplitude at 268 Hz are the largest,that is,near the first order of the natural mode order.Through harmonic response analysis,the frequency at which the cutter head structure is prone to resonance is obtained,and the natural frequency overlap of each part is obtained,which provides a theoretical basis for the structural design and optimization of the center less lathe.
