摘 要:基于热-弹塑性有限元理论,以ABAQUS软件为平台,利用Python语言编辑程序建立分析步、控制焊缝单元的按序填充,结合Fortran语言开发热源子程序,建立了焊接热固耦合有限元模型,分析了焊接方向对残余应力、变形的影响。结果表明:横向角变形是角接接头最主要的变形,其横向角变形在沿焊接方向逐渐变大并趋于稳定;兼顾残余应力及变形,确定方案(c)为最优焊接方案,即采取从两端向中间的焊接顺序可以有效降低角接接头横向变形及残余应力。Based on the thermal elastoplastic finite element theory,the ABAQUS software is used as platform to establish the voids joint thermal solid coupling finite element model.In the modeling procedure,the Python is utilized to develop program to build analysis steps and control welding element fill gradually,and the Fortran is utilized to develop heat source.The influence of welding direction on residual stress and deformation is analyzed using the established finite element method and finite element model of plate fillet welding.The results show that the transverse Angle deformation is the main deformation of the corner joint,and the transverse Angle deformation gradually increases along the welding direction and tends to be stable.Considering residual stress and deformation,the optimal welding plan c is determined,that is,the welding sequence from both ends to the middle can effectively reduce the transverse deformation and residual stress of the corner joint.
