摘　　要：目的回顾性分析激素受体呈阳性的乳腺癌患者在术后使用抗雌激素药物进行内分泌治疗时所引起的子宫内膜息肉的声像图特征。方法选取151例经宫腔镜手术切除且病理证实为子宫内膜息肉的患者为研究对象,将其分为乳腺癌术后内分泌治疗组(观察组)72例和未行内分泌治疗组(对照组)79例,比较两组间的声像图差异。结果观察组与对照组在内膜厚度、宫腔线显示、息肉的大小、息肉形态、息肉内部回声以及血流分布、血流峰值流速(PSV)、阻力指数(RI)方面比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论乳腺癌术后内分泌治疗背景下的子宫内膜息肉具有典型的超声特征,掌握其超声特征将有助于提高这部分息肉的检出率,避免漏诊,使之能够被早发现,减少恶变的概率。Objective A retrospective study was performed to analysis the sonographic characteristics of endometrial polyps in patients with hormone-receptor-positive breast cancer who underwent endocrine therapy with antiestrogens after surgery.Methods A total of 151 patients with hysteroscopic resection and pathological confirmation of endometrial polyps were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into two groups,the group of endocrine therapy(observation group,n=72)and the group of non-endocrine therapy(control group,n=79).The sonographic differences between the two groups were compared.Results There were statistically significant differences between the observation group and the control group in intimal thickness,intrauterine line display,polyp size,polyp morphology,polyp internal echo,blood flow distribution,peak flow velocity(PSV)and resistance index(RI)(P<0.05).Conclusion Endometrial polyps with typical ultrasonographic features in the context of endocrine therapy after breast cancer surgery.If these ultrasonic features are found,it is helpful to improve the detection rate of polyps,reduce the missed diagnosis,and make it be detected as early as possible to reduce the probability of malignant transformation.
