摘  要:针对飞机液压系统中的活塞式蓄能器,采用仿真分析手段,得出了不同工况下,温度场的改变对于活塞式蓄能器性能影响的规律曲线。结果显示:在20~200℃温度范围内,温度场的改变对于活塞式蓄能器的应力影响较小,在结构设计时,可以不予考虑。在500℃时,考虑到材料的线膨胀系数提升较大,温度场改变对蓄能器的最大应力起到了一定的提升作用,需要结合实际使用工况,适度考虑温度场的影响。此结果对于高温环境下工作的蓄能器的结构设计具有一定的参考和指导意义。Aiming at the piston accumulator in aircraft hydraulic system,the regular curves of the influence of temperature field change on the performance of piston accumulator under different working conditions are obtained by means of simulation analysis.The results show that in the temperature ranges of 20~200℃,the change of temperature field has little effect on the stress of piston accumulator,which can be ignored in the structural design.At 500℃,considering that the linear expansion coefficient of the material increases greatly,and the change of temperature field has a certain effect on the maximum stress of the accumulator,thus the influence of temperature field should be considered appropriately in combination with the actual service conditions.The result has reference and guidance for the structural design of accumulators in high temperature.
