摘  要:大蒜鳞芽向上种植是制约大蒜机械化种植的难点,针对蒜牙向上种植工艺要求设计了一种大蒜播种机,并对保证工艺的螺旋状导种管和锥形漏斗接盘关键结构进行了研究,确定了组合导种装置的结构参数。利用Design-Expert软件,以蒜瓣向上种植合格率K为试验测试指标,上下螺旋管口水平距离L、螺旋管高度H、漏斗面倾斜角a为试验因素,采用Box-Behnken二次回归正交组合试验,取得最优结构参数组合。通过田间实验,结果与实验结果基本一致,表明该设备符合大蒜种植标准要求,为研究大蒜播种机同类机械提供了技术参考。Garlic bud upward planting is a difficult point restricting the garlic mechanized planting.According to the requirements of garlic bud upward planting process,a garlic planter is designed in this paper.The key structures of the process,spiral seed guide tube and conical funnel adapter are studied,and the structural parameters of the combined seed guide device are determined.Using the Design-Expert software,taking the qualified rate K of garlic planting as the test index,the horizontal distance L between the upper and lower spiral pipe orifice,the height H of spiral pipe and the inclination angle of connecting plate a as the test factors,the Box-Behnken quadratic regression orthogonal combination test is adopted to obtain the optimal structural parameter combination.The field experiment results are basically consistent with the experimental results;it shows that the equipment meets the requirements of garlic planting standards,and provides a technical reference for study of the similar machinery of garlic planter.
