摘  要:针对矿用传统矿灯存在的功能单一、稳定性差、无法与地面监控中心组成双向实时通信网络等问题,提出基于无线通信的便携式矿灯优化方案。重点介绍了以S3C6410 ARM11芯片为核心的便携式矿灯硬件、软件设计方案,在核心控制模块满足矿灯多光源照明功能的基础上,传感器模块周期性地采集巷道瓦斯、温度、加速度、矿工标签、物资标签信息,由无线通信模块发送至井下工业环网并与地面监控中心组成双向实时通信网络,最后完成系统测试。测试结果表明,优化后的矿灯系统满足设计要求,提高了矿灯的智能化水平,有助于提升矿工井下作业安全系数和作业效率。Aiming at the problems of traditional mining lamp such as single function,poor stability,and inability to form a two-way real-time communication network with the ground monitoring center,an optimization scheme of portable miner’s lamp based on wireless communication is proposed in this paper.The hardware and software design scheme of portable miner’s lamp with S3C6410 ARM11 chip as the core is mainly introduced.On the basis that the core control module meets the multi-light source lighting function of miner’s lamp,the sensor module periodically collects roadway gas,temperature,acceleration,miner’s label,and material label.The information is sent to the underground industrial ring network by the wireless communication module,and a two-way real-time communication network is formed in the ground monitoring center,and the system test is completed.The test results show that the optimized miner’s lamp system meets the design requirements,improves the intelligence level of the miner’s lamp,and helps to improve the safety factor and operation efficiency of miners’underground operations.
