摘 要:带式输送机在煤矿生产系统中发挥着重要作用,但其关键部件运行异常引起的煤矿事故频频发生,造成了矿山极大的经济损失。针对传统带式输送机检测方式中工人劳动强度大、存在盲区、检测效率不高、成本较高等问题,结合带式输送机关键部件异常检测展开研究,通过分析矿山带式输送机关键部件异常表现形式,提出一套带式输送机智能循环检测方法,设计了轨道式巡检循环检测装置,通过对带式输送机数据全方位采集和分析,验证了整个循环检测系统的有效性,现场应用常见故障识别精度高达99.6%,有效预警事故发生,节省了传统人工检测的成本,为矿山输送设备安全运行提供保证。The belt conveyor plays an important role in the coal mine production system,but the coal mine accidents caused by the abnormal operation of its key parts occur frequently,causing great economic losses.In view of the problems of high labor intensity,blind area,low detection efficiency and high cost in the traditional belt conveyor detection method,and based on the abnormal detection of the key components of belt conveyor,a set of intelligent cycle detection method of belt conveyor is proposed through analyzing the abnormal manifestations of the key components of the mine belt conveyor,and the track-type inspection cycle detection device is then designed.Through the comprehensive collection and analysis of the belt conveyor data,accuracy of the whole cycle detection system is verified.The result shows that the accuracy of common fault identification in the field application is up to 99.6%,which would effectively warn the accidents,save the cost of traditional manual testing,and provide a guarantee for the safe operation of mine conveying equipment.
