摘  要:针对目前煤矿瓦斯监控系统存在有线布线困难、扩展性差、易破损、抗干扰能力差等问题,采用ZigBee无线传感网络作为数据传输路径,设计了一套可远程无线监控的瓦斯传感系统。硬件上,对终端传感采集节点、ZigBee无线通信网络、传感器信号调理电路、ZigBee模块接口电路进行了设计与设备选型;软件上,对协调器节点通信程序、终端传感采集节点通信程序进行了设计,并最终通过现场测试对整个监控系统的实际应用效果进行了验证。目前该系统已投入使用,系统稳定运行,现场数据表明系统功耗低,节点功耗整体在25 m A以内,通信各项参数也在设定范围之内,具有一定的应用价值。Aiming at the problems of difficult wired wiring,poor scalability,easy damage,and poor anti-interference ability in the current coal mine gas monitoring system,the ZigBee wireless sensor network is adopted as the data transmission path to replace the original wired transmission network,and a remote gas sensing system for wireless monitoring is designed in this paper. In hardware,the terminal sensor acquisition node,ZigBee wireless communication network,sensor signal conditioning circuit,and ZigBee module interface circuit are designed and equipment selected;in software,the coordinator node communication program and the terminal sensor acquisition node communication program are studied. Finally,the actual application effect of the whole monitoring system is verified on site. At present,the system has been put into use,and the system is running stably. The on-site data shows that the power consumption of the system is low,the overall power consumption of the node is within 25mA,and the parameters of communication are also within the set range,which has certain application value.
