摘　　要：针对有色金属信息化建设未覆盖企业的安全生产监控预警,安全生产管理没有形成标准,缺少安全风险分级管控和风险监测预警等问题,该文基于工业互联网平台,对有色金属安全生产监控系统进行了应用研究。首先基于工业互联网平台,提出了有色金属安全生产监控系统总体架构设计方案,然后从物理数据采集和视频数据采集两个方面对安全数据进行采集和集成,最后从基础管理模块和安全生产监测预警模块对安全生产监控系统服务应用的各功能模块进行了应用说明,实现了有色金属安全生产智能化管控和有效风险检测预警,为企业信息化及数字化安全生产奠定了基础。In view of the problems that the safety production monitoring and early warning of enterprises are not covered by the nonferrous metal information construction,there is no standard for safety production management,and lack of safety risk hierarchical management and control and risk monitoring and early warning,the application of nonferrous metal safety production monitoring system is studied based on the industrial Internet platform in this paper.Firstly,based on the industrial Internet platform,the overall architecture design of nonferrous metal safety production monitoring system is designed and proposed,and then the safety data is collected and integrated from two aspects of physical data acquisition and video data acquisition.Finally,application of the functional modules of the service application of the work safety monitoring system is explained from the basic management module and the work safety monitoring and early warning module;it has realized the intelligent control and effective risk detection and early warning of the nonferrous metal safety production,laying a foundation for enterprise informatization and digital safety production.
