摘  要:预应力结构模具具有承压能力高、结构尺寸小、制造成本低和使用寿命长等优势被应用于各个领域。综述了预应力结构模具在合成金刚石领域的发展现状,从预应力结构模具的类型进行分析:传统的预应力环结构的设计发展成熟,已被广泛应用于实际生产中,但存在预应力固定有限、制造成本高、结构尺寸大等缺点;缠绕结构能克服以上不足,更好地提高模具的承压能力,其设计理论和缠绕装置是研究的重点,两种结构相结合具有广阔的发展前景。The prestressed structural mold is applied in various fields due to its advantages of high bearing capacity,small structural size,low manufacturing cost and long service life. In this paper,the development status of prestressed structure mold in the field of synthetic diamond is summarized,and the types of prestressed structure mold is analyzed: design of the traditional prestressed ring structure is mature and has been widely used in practical production,but it has some disadvantages,such as limited prestress fixation,high manufacturing cost,large structure size,and so on;while the winding structure can overcome the above shortcomings and better improve the pressure bearing capacity of the die,and its design theory and winding device are the focus of research. The combination of the two structures has broad development prospects.
