摘  要:根据炼钢厂生产实际情况,通过分析认为入炉废钢带渣量大、喷溅率高、终渣TFe控制差、渣料消耗高等是造成炼钢厂钢铁料消耗高的主要原因。通过采取逐一的对策措施后钢铁料消耗由2018年的1115.08 kg/t下降到2021年二季度的1064.33 kg/t,钢铁料消耗下降十分明显,并且控制趋于稳定。According to the actual production situation of the steelmaking plant,through analysis,it is believed that the large amount of slag entering the furnace,high splash rate,poor control of the final slag TFe,and high slag consumption are the main reasons for the high consumption of steel materials in the steelmaking plant.After adopting one-by-one countermeasures,the consumption of steel materials has dropped from 1115.08 kg/t in 2018 to 1064.33 kg/t in the second quarter of 2021.The consumption of steel materials has dropped significantly and the control has stabilized.
