摘　　要：社会保障水平的不断提升和地权稳定性的不断强化并未扭转中国农村土地流转增速持续下滑的颓势。利用2015年中国家庭金融调查数据检验集体行动对农村土地流转的影响并探讨可能的作用机制。研究结果表明:集体行动程度的提高显著促进了农户土地转出决策,但对农户土地转入行为存在抑制作用。此外,集体行动对农户土地转出决策的促进作用对处于成长期和稳定期的农户和转移就业的农户表现更加明显。具体的作用机制有两条:一是“集体行动—失地风险下降—土地转出增加”,二是“集体行动—土地质量损耗风险下降—土地转出增加”。进一步研究发现,集体行动提高了农村土地流转的时间交易成本,因而需要警惕集体行动在促进农村土地转出中可能存在的“搭便车”行为。The continuous improvement of the social security level and the continuous strengthening of land ownership stability fail to reverse the declining growth rate of land circulation in China.We tested the impact of collective action on rural land transfer from the perspective of farmers'risk aversion based on the date of CHFS in 2015,the research results showed that:the improvement of the degree of collective action significantly promotes farmers'land transfer out decision,but inhibits farmers'land transfer in behavior.At the same time,because the marginal impact of collective action on Farmers'willingness to transfer out of land is greater than that of land transfer,collective action still significantly improves the efficiency of rural land transfer on the whole.In addition,the promotion effect of collective action on farmland transfer-out decision-making is more obvious for farmers in the growth and stable period and rural migrants.There are two specific mechanisms:"collective action-land loss risk reduction-land transfer out willingness enhancement"and"collective action-land quality loss risk reduction-land transfer out willingness enhancement".Further research shows that collective action increases the transaction time cost of rural land transfer,so we need to be vigilant about the possible"free riding"behavior of collective action in promoting rural land transfer.
