摘　　要：跟随范教授抄方,收集门诊病历,并在范教授的指导下,根据舌苔、脉象及症状进行辨证分型。胰腺癌的基本病机为肝郁气滞,脾肾亏虚,痰、瘀、毒互结。归纳总结范忠泽教授辨治胰腺癌的临床经验,范教授治疗胰腺癌总体思路为“全身扶正、局部治癌”,治以健脾补肾、疏肝解郁、化痰散结等法,获得了良好的疗效,附验案1则。To summarize the clinical experience of Professor Fan Zhongze in the treatment of pancreatic cancer. Following Professor Fan to copy prescriptions,outpatient medical records was collected,and syndrome differentiation according to tongue coating,pulse and symptoms under the guidance of Professor Fan was carried out. The basic pathogenesis of pancreatic cancer is liver depression and qi stagnation,deficiency of spleen and kidney,phlegm,blood stasis and toxin. Professor Fan ’s general train of thought for treating pancreatic cancer is “body strengthening and local treatment of cancer ”. It has been treated with the methods of invigorating the spleen and tonifying the kidney,dispersing the liver and relieving depression,eliminating phlegm and dispersing the knot,and has achieved good results. One case is attached.
