解郁安神汤联合八段锦治疗心神经官能症临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察解郁安神汤联合八段锦治疗心神经官能症的临床疗效。方法选取确诊患者46例,随机分为2组各23例,对照组予以谷维素、酒石酸美托洛尔片、艾司唑仑片,治疗组给予解郁安神汤联合八段锦,比较2组治疗前后中医证候改善情况、HAMD、HAMA量表评分及综合临床疗效。结果治疗组患者心悸、短气、胸闷、抑郁、不寐等各项临床症状的改善优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组患者治疗后HAMD评分、HAMA评分均低于治疗前,且治疗组优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组患者综合临床症状总有效率优于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论解郁安神汤联合八段锦运动疗法治疗心神经官能症有较好的临床疗效,可改善患者临床症状。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Jieyu Anshen decoction combined with Baduanjin in the treatment of cardiac neurosis.Methods 46 patients were randomly divided into two groups with 23 cases in each group.The control group was given oryzanol,metoprolol tartrate tablets and estazolam tablets,and the treatment group was given Jieyu Anshen decoction combined with Baduanjin.The improvement of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes,HAMD,HAMA scale scores and comprehensive clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results The improvement of clinical symptoms such as palpitation,shortness of breath,chest tightness,depression and insomnia in the treatment group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The HAMD score and HAMA score of the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment,and the treatment group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of comprehensive clinical symptoms in the treatment group which was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Jieyu Anshen decoction combined with Baduanjin Exercise therapy has a good clinical effect in the treatment of cardiac neurosis and can improve the clinical symptoms of patients.
