针刺下巨虚穴治疗腓浅神经卡压综合征临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨针刺下巨虚穴治疗腓浅神经卡压综合征的临床疗效。方法选取2018年1月—2019年6月于南昌市洪都中医院接受治疗的82例腰背肌筋膜炎患者,随机分为试验组和对照组各41例,试验组采取针刺下巨虚穴治疗,对照组采取常规口服芬必得布洛芬缓释胶囊治疗。对2组患者治疗后1周、治疗后6周和治疗后3个月VAS疼痛评分、运动感觉损伤程度评分、生活活动能力评分和治疗效果进行比较。结果试验组在治疗后1周、治疗后6周、治疗后3个月VAS疼痛评分、运动感觉损伤程度评分均明显低于对照组,试验组生活活动能力评分明显高于对照组;治疗完成后,试验组愈显率明显高于对照组。结论采用针刺下巨虚穴治疗方案对缓解腓浅神经卡压综合征引发的疼痛,改善患者运动感觉损伤程度,提高生活活动能力和治疗效果具有明确的临床意义,值得推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of acupuncture at xiajuxu(xiajuxu)on superficial peroneal nerve entrapment syndrome.Methods A total of 82 patients with lumbodorsal myofascitis were treated in Nanchang Hongdu Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from January 2018 to June 2019,were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,41 cases in each group.The experimental group was treated with acupuncture at xiajuxu point,while the control group was treated with conventional oral administration of Fenbid ibuprofen sustained-release capsule.The VAS pain score,degree of motor sensory impairment,activity of life score and treatment effect of the two groups were compared and analyzed 1 week,6 weeks and 3 months after treatment.Results The VAS pain score and degree of motor sensory impairment of the experimental group at 1 week,6 weeks and 3 months after treatment were significantly lower than those of the control group,the score of life activity ability in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group.Conclusion Acupuncture at xiajuxu point has definite clinical significance in relieving the pain caused by superficial peroneal nerve entrapment syndrome,improving the degree of motor sensory impairment,improving the ability of living activities and therapeutic effect,which is worthy of promotion and application.
