腹针联合传统针刺手法治疗脑卒中后吞咽困难临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察腹针联合传统针刺手法治疗脑卒中后吞咽困难的临床效果。方法选取2018年1月—2020年12月收治的脑卒中后吞咽困难患者66例作为研究对象,以随机分配的方式将66例研究对象分为对照组(33例)和联合组(33例),分别应用传统针刺手法单用和传统针刺法和腹针联用治疗;将2组患者一般临床资料、临床疗效、洼田饮水试验评分等进行对比。结果联合组和对照组患者治疗总有效率分别为90.91%、75.76%;对照组患者治疗前后洼田饮水试验评定分别为(3.54±0.672)分、(3.60±0.483)分,联合组患者治疗前后洼田饮水试验评定结果分别为(3.81±0.825)分、(2.48±1.245)分;腹针联用组患者临床疗效和治疗后洼田饮水试验评定结果显著优于对照组(P<0.05);联合组患者治疗后洼田饮水试验评定结果显著优于治疗前(P<0.05)。结论腹针联合传统针刺手法对症治疗脑卒中后吞咽困难可有效促进吞咽功能恢复,改善生活质量,无严重的不良反应。Objective To observe the clinical effect of abdominal acupuncture combined with traditional acupuncture manipulation in the treatment of dysphagia after stroke.Methods A total of 66 patients with dysphagia after stroke admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to December 2020 were selected as research objects.The 66 patients were randomly divided into control group(33 cases)and combined group(33 cases).The patients were treated with traditional acupuncture alone and traditional acupuncture combined with abdominal acupuncture,respectively.The general clinical data and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared,the score of low-lying water test,etc.Results The total effective rate in control group and combined group was 90.91%and 75.76%,respectively.The total effective rate in treatment group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The standard dysphagia score scale of control group was(3.54±0.672)points and(3.60±0.483)points before and after treatment,respectively.The results of drinking water test before and after treatment in the combined group were(3.81±0.825)and(2.48±1.245),respectively.The clinical efficacy and the evaluation results of drinking water test in depression after treatment in abdominal acupuncture group were significantly better than those in control group(P<0.05).The evaluation result of drinking water test in depression field after treatment in combination group was significantly better than that before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Abdominal acupuncture combined with traditional acupuncture manipulation in the symptomatic treatment of dysphagia after stroke can effectively promote the recovery of dysphagia function and improve the quality of life without serious adverse reactions.
