苍附导痰汤联合二甲双胍治疗多囊卵巢综合征无排卵临床观察

摘　　要：目的探究苍附导痰汤加减联合盐酸二甲双胍片治疗多囊卵巢综合征的疗效及对无排卵现象的改善情况。方法研究抽取110例来自兴化市中医院2017年5月—2020年5月收治患者的基础资料进行分析,其病理类型为:多囊卵巢综合征,而后根据随机抽签法分组,组别名称为:对照组、试验组。其中,对照组纳入多囊卵巢综合征患者55例(盐酸二甲双胍片),试验组纳入多囊卵巢综合征患者55例(苍附导痰汤加减联合盐酸二甲双胍片治疗),对比2组最终疗效,具体包括:性激素水平(促卵泡生成激素FSH、促黄体生成激素LH、睾酮T、雌二醇E_(2)、催乳激素RPL)、排卵率指标。结果在FSH、LH、T、RPL指标方面,2组差异无统计学意义,P>0.05;E_(2)指标方面,试验组较对照组低,P<0.05;比较排卵率指标时,对照组与试验组差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论苍附导痰汤加减联合盐酸二甲双胍片治疗,有利于改善多囊卵巢综合征患者的性激素水平,促进其排卵率的良好提升,临床推广意义显著。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Cangfu Daotan decoction combined with metformin hydrochloride tablets in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome and the improvement of anovulation.Methods The basic data of 110 patients admitted to Xinghua Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2017 to May 2020 were selected for analysis,and their pathological type was polycystic ovary syndrome.The above patients were divided into control group of 55 cases received metformin hydrochloride tablets and experimental group of 55 cases received Cangfu Daotan decoction combined with metformin hydrochloride tablets according to the random drawing method.The therapeutic effect was compared,including sex hormone levels(follicle-stimulating hormone FSH,luteinizing hormone LH,testosterone T,estradiol E_(2),prolactin RPL),and ovulation rate indicators.Results In terms of FSH,LH,T and RPL indexes,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The Eindex of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The ovulation rate of the control group and the experimental group had the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Cangfu Daotan decoction combined with metformin hydrochloride tablets is beneficial to improve the sex hormone level in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome,and promote the improvement of ovulation rate,which has a significant clinical promotion significance.
