摘  要:为解决分布式潮流控制器接入输电线路后,单一电压互感器与线路电流互感器构成的保护元件无法兼顾故障方向与区内外故障正确判别的问题,提出分布式潮流控制器接入线路距离保护的新方法。此方法在原有单一电压互感器、单一电流互感器的基础上再增加1个电压互感器构成保护元件,得到母线侧与线路侧两处的电气量,利用母线侧的电压互感器进行故障方向判别,线路侧的电压互感器进行区内外故障识别。PSCAD/EMTDC仿真验证表明,此方法可以正确对故障方向和区内外故障进行判别。After a distributed power flow controller(DPFC)is connected to the transmission line,the protection element composed of one single voltage transformer and one single line current transformer cannot simultaneously identify the fault direction and internal/external fault accurately.To solve this problem,a novel distance protection method for lines connected with a DPFC is proposed.On the basis of the original single voltage transformer and single current transformer,a voltage transformer is added to form a protection element,thus obtaining the electrical quantities on both the bus side and the line side.The fault direction is identified by the voltage transformer on the bus side,and the internal and external faults are identified by the voltage transformer on the line side.The simulation results based on PSCAD/EMTDC show that the proposed method can correctly identify the fault direction as well as the internal and external faults.
