摘 要:电力系统谐波是评价电能质量的重要指标之一,目前通用的谐波用户干扰强度评估的对象为接入同一节点的多谐波用户。为研究辐射型接线方式下的工业园区用户谐波限值的分摊方法,本文提出一种基于用户协议容量分配用户谐波电流允许值的优化算法。首先,对接入同一根节点的用户,按照各自协议容量大小来计算谐波电流允许值的分配原则;然后,分析节点谐波电压、谐波电流评价指标不大于国标规定阈值等约束条件;最后,通过实际算例与传统计算方法进行对比,验证该优化算法具有提高谐波限值总指标的利用率、降低节点谐波电压超标风险等优势。The harmonic of power system is one of the most important indexes for evaluating power quality. At present,the object of general harmonic interference evaluation is the multiple harmonic users connected to the same node. To study the allocation method of harmonic limit for users in an industrial park in radiation connection mode,an optimization algorithm for allocating the users’ harmonic current limits based on the user protocol capacity is proposed in this paper. First,the allocation principle is studied,under which the harmonic current limits of users who are connected to the same node are calculated according to their respective protocol capacities. Then,the constraints are discussed,with which the evaluation indexes of node harmonic voltage and harmonic current are not greater than the thresholds specified in the national standard. Finally,based on a practical example,the proposed optimization algorithm is compared with the traditional calculation method,and results prove its advantages of improving the utilization rate of the total index of harmonic limit and reducing the risk of exceeding the node harmonic voltage.
