摘 要:针对储能参与电网调频,本文提出了一种考虑周期损耗的储能-火电联合调频策略。该调频策略分为两层,在上层结合预测波动数据,以储能和火电的调频损耗最小为目标,确定对应时间段内功率经济运行的参考值,并下发给下层;下层结合电网运行参数和储能荷电状态等数据,实现对自动发电控制指令在系统间的最优比例分配。通过改进差分进化算法对模型进行求解,结果表明,所提调频策略可以在兼顾系统经济性和储能状态下,实现对系统频率的有效调节。Aimed at the participation of energy storage in the power grid frequency regulation,an energy storage-thermal power joint frequency regulation strategy considering periodic loss is proposed in this paper,which is divided into two layers.In the upper layer,combined with the predicted disturbance data,the reference value of power economic operation in the corresponding time period is determined and further distributed to the lower layer,with the objective of minimizing the frequency regulation loss of energy storage and thermal power.In the lower layer,the optimal proportion distribution of automatic generation control commands among systems is realized by combining the data of power grid operation parameters and energy storage charge state.The model is solved by improved differential evolution algorithm,and results show that the proposed frequency regulation strategy can effectively regulate the system frequency under the consideration of system economy and energy storage state.
