摘　　要：目的观察海藻玉壶汤治疗附件囊肿的临床疗效。方法将120例附件囊肿患者随机分为对照组和观察组;对照组予安慰剂治疗,观察组给予海藻玉壶汤治疗;治疗3个疗程后,从囊肿疗效、中医症状评分等方面进行评价。结果与对照组相比,观察组治愈率、总有效率明显更高,中医症状评分明显更低(P<0.01)。结论海藻玉壶汤治疗附件囊肿临床疗效显著,能明显改善临床症状。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Haizao Yuhu decoction on adnexal cyst.Methods 120 patients with adnexal cyst were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group was treated with placebo,and the observation group was treated with Haizao Yuhu decoction.After 3 courses of treatment,the curative effect of cyst treatment and traditional Chinese medicine symptom score were evaluated.Results Compared with the control group,the cure rate and effective rate of the observation group were significantly higher,and the symptom score of traditional Chinese medicine of the observation group was significantly lower(P<0.01).Conclusion Haizao Yuhu decoction is effective in the treatment of adnexal cyst and can significantly improve the clinical symptoms.
