摘　　要：目的归纳总结范忠泽教授治疗小儿横纹肌肉瘤临床经验。方法跟随范教授抄方,收集门诊病历,并在范教授的指导下,根据舌苔、脉象及症状进行辨证分型。结果该病的病机是本虚标实,以肺、脾、肾三脏虚损为本,外邪侵袭为标。结论范忠泽教授认为小儿横纹肌肉瘤的主要病因是:先天不足、外邪侵袭,治疗以扶正为本,兼予攻邪。扶正以调补肺脾肾为主,攻邪以活血化瘀、清热解毒、化痰软坚、理气降逆为主。附验案1则。Objective To summarize the clinical experience of Professor Fan Zhongze in the treatment of rhabdomyosarcoma in children.Methods Following Professor Fan’s prescription,collecting out-patient medical records,and under Professor Fan’s guidance,according to tongue coating,pulse condition and symptoms for syndrome differentiation was carried out.Results The Pathogenesis of the disease is the deficiency of the origin and the excess of the superficiality,taking the deficiency of the lung,spleen and kidney as the basis,and the invasion of exogenous pathogens as the target.Conclusion According to Professor Fan Zhongze,the main causes of rhabdomyosarcoma in children are congenital deficiency and invasion of external evil.Strengthening the body mainly by regulating the lung,spleen and kidney,fighting evil mainly by promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,clearing away heat and toxin,resolving phlegm,softening firm,regulating qi and reducing adverse reaction.One case is attached.
