辨经取穴结合枢经推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察辨经取穴结合枢经推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法选取2019年10月—2021年6月岳阳市中医医院收治的60例腰椎间盘突出症患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为治疗组与对照组,每组30例。2组在辨经取穴治疗的基础上,治疗组采用枢经推拿的治疗方法,对照组采用普通推拿的治疗方法。每日每组进行1次,治疗2个疗程后(10次为一个疗程),观察结果对比2组的临床疗效。比较2组患者的总有效率,及治疗前、后腰椎疼痛症状[视觉模拟评分法(VAS)、日本矫形外科协会(JOA)]综合评分。结果治疗组患者的临床总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论辨经取穴疗法结合了枢经推拿,对腰椎间盘突出症治疗能够显著提高其临床疗效,有助于缓解疼痛,改善人体腰椎功能,值得在临床上长期推广和研究应用。Objective To observe the effect of acupoint selection based on meridian differentiation combined with pivot meridian massage in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods 60 patients with lumbar disc herniation treated in Yueyang Hospital Affiliated to Hunan University of Chinese Medicine from October 2019 to June 2021 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with pivot meridian massage,and the control group was treated with ordinary massage.Each group was treated once a day.After two courses of treatment(10 times as a course of treatment),the clinical effects of the two groups were compared.The total effective rate and the comprehensive score of lumbar pain symptoms[Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)and Japan Orthopaedic Association(JOA)]before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate in the treatment group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Meridian differentiation and acupoint selection therapy combined with pivot meridian massage can significantly improve its clinical efficacy in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation,help to relieve pain and improve human lumbar function.It is worthy of long-term clinical promotion,research and application.
