牵正穴温针灸治疗周围性面瘫临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨牵正穴温针灸应用于周围性面瘫治疗中的临床效果。方法选取2019年1月—2020年12月邳州市中医院收治的周围性面瘫患者80例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组采用西药口服药物联合针灸进行治疗;观察组采用对照组患者的治疗方法联合牵正穴温针灸,比较2组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组患者面神经麻痹程度明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗效果显著优于对照组(P<0.05);2组患者治疗期间均未出现不良反应。结论牵正穴温针灸治疗周围性面瘫临床效果显著,可以改善患者面神经麻痹程度,安全系数高,促进患者早日康复,具有重要临床价值,值得推广。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of warm needling moxibustion at Qianzheng point on patients with peripheral facial paralysis.Methods Eighty patients with peripheral facial paralysis admitted to Pizhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to December 2020 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine combined with acupuncture.The observation group used the treatment method of the control group and warm needling moxibustion at Qianzheng point.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results After treatment,the degree of facial paralysis in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The therapeutic effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).There were no adverse reactions in the two groups.Conclusion The clinical effect of warm needling moxibustion at Qianzheng point in the treatment of patients with peripheral facial paralysis is significant,which can improve the degree of facial paralysis,with high safety factor,and promote the early recovery of patients.It has important clinical value and is worthy of promotion.
