中药敷脐联合辨证施护防治混合痔术后便秘50例

摘　　要：目的观察中药敷脐联合辨证施护对混合痔术后便秘的防治效果。方法选取开封市中医院混合痔术后患者100例,按照随机数字表法随机分为观察组和对照组,各50例。对照组用乳果糖口服液治疗,观察组用中药敷脐并对患者行个体化辨证施护。对2组术后第1次排便和治疗1周后第1次排便便秘症状评分进行观察,治疗1周后根据2组患者出现排气、排便的时间评价防治便秘的疗效。结果治疗1周后第1次排便2组便秘症状评分较术后第1次排便均有降低(P<0.05),且观察组便秘症状评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组防治便秘的总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中药敷脐联合辨证施护防治混合痔术后便秘的疗效优于口服乳果糖口服液治疗。Objective To observe the curative effect of applying Chinese herbs to umbilicus combined with syndrome differentiation on prevention and treatment of constipation after mixed hemorrhoids operation.Methods A total of 100 patients after mixed hemorrhoids operation in Kaifeng Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into observation group and control group(with 50 cases in each)according to random number table.The control group was given lactulose oral solution,and the observation group was given Chinese herbs umbilical compress and individual nursing based on syndrome differentiation.The constipation symptom score of the first defecation after operation and the first defecation after 1 week of treatment were observed.After 1 week of treatment,the efficacy of prevention and treatment of constipation was evaluated according to the time of occurrence of exhaust and defecation in the two groups.Results The first defecation after 1 week of treatment,the score of constipation symptoms in both groups was lower than that in the first defecation after operation(P<0.05),and the score of constipation symptoms in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of observation group was higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The curative effect of applying Chinese herbs to umbilicus combined with syndrome differentiation to prevent and treat constipation after mixed hemorrhoids operation is better than lactulose oral solution.
