中医中药诊治小儿疳证的研究概述

摘　　要：疳证为儿科常见的脾系疾病,儿科四大要证之一。此文对疳证的病因病机、辨证、中医方剂、外治法、内外合治等方面进行总结。西医治疗小儿疳证有补充微量元素,使用促进消化药物等。但均有一定的局限性。中医中药针对疳证患儿辨证论治,可改善患儿的体质量及体质,往往疗效显著,并且不易反弹。Infantile malnutrition is a common splenic disease in pediatrics.This article summarizes the etiology and pathogenesis of infantile malnutrition,syndrome differentiation,traditional Chinese medicine prescription,external treatment,internal and external treatment.Western medicine treatment of infantile malnutrition has supplementary trace elements,the use of digestive drugs and so on.But there are some limitations.Traditional Chinese medicine for infantile malnutrition differentiation and treatment can improve the weight and physique of children,often effective,and not easy to rebound.
