摘  要:结合动力学仿真与变量矩阵计算方法,对发动机曲轴减振皮带轮进行匹配优化研究,得到减振效果最优的曲轴减振皮带轮匹配方案。对减振皮带轮固有频率进行测试,研究工作温度对固有频率的影响,综合考虑实际使用环境条件,对曲轴减振皮带轮匹配方案的工作温度进行修正,得到最佳固有频率;通过轴系动力学分析,对修正后曲轴减振皮带轮匹配方案的各项指标进行校核计算。结果表明:减振皮带轮匹配优化后,曲轴扭振、耗散功等指标均满足设计要求。Combined with the dynamic simulation and variable matrix calculation method, the frequency selection optimization calculation of the engine crankshaft torsional vibration damper was carried out, and the matching scheme of the crankshaft torsional vibration damper with the best damping effect was obtained. The natural frequency of the crankshaft torsional vibration damper was tested, and the influence of the working temperature on the natural frequency was studied. Considering the actual working conditions, the temperature of the crankshaft torsional vibration damper matching scheme was modified to obtain the best natural frequency, and the indexes of the modified crankshaft torsional vibration damper matching scheme were checked and calculated through the shafting dynamics analysis. The results show that the crankshaft torsional vibration and dissipated work can meet the design requirements after the matching optimization of the crankshaft torsional vibration damper.
