摘 要:以固定的渗铬配方、温度和时间,对SKD 61钢进行渗铬处理及渗铬后的淬回火处理;通过硬度测试、附着性分析和耐磨性试验,对渗铬处理后的试样进行机械性质差异分析;利用X射线衍射分析仪(XRD)与扫描式电子显微镜分析钢材的渗层微观结构。分析结果表明:渗铬后SKD 61钢在渗层区的碳化物组分为Cr_(23) C_(6)、Cr_(7)C_(3)、Cr_(3)C_(2),淬回火并不能改变物理相态;经过淬回火后,渗铬层的硬度、膜厚等也无明显改变,但基材的硬度值会提升,渗层硬度和基体硬度的过渡较为平稳,渗层和基材具有更好的结合力,且耐磨性更好。With a fixed chromizing formula,temperature and time,SKD 61 steel is subjected to chro⁃mizing treatment,and quenching and tempering treatment after chromizing,then with the hardness test,adhesion analysis,wear resistance test,and the original after chromizing treatment.The test pieces were analyzed for differences in mechanical properties.The microstructure of the steel infiltration layer was ana⁃lyzed by X⁃ray diffractometer(XRD)and scanning electron microscope.The analysis results show that the carbide components of SKD 61 steel in the infiltration zone after chromizing are Cr_(23)C_(6),Cr_(7)C_(3),and Cr_(3)C_(2)4,and quenching and tempering cannot change the phase.After quenching and tempering,the hardness and film thickness of the chromed layer changing indistinctively,but the hardness value of the substrate will in⁃crease,the transition between the hardness of the infiltrated layer and the hardness of the substrate is rela⁃tively stable,and the infiltrated layer and the substrate have better combination and wear resistance.
