摘　　要：农村社会失范是现代化转型过程中不可避免的一种社会现象,具有隐秘性和公开性兼具、较强的示范性和辐射性、较高的发生率和复发率等特点,对其进行有效的治理,是加快推进现代化进程的客观要求。农村社会失范发生和存在领域的广泛性、失范程度的多层次性、失范主体的复杂性决定了多维治理的必要性。畅通农民利益实现渠道,充分满足农民的利益需求;加强农村法治建设,提升农村法治水平;加强农村道德建设,优化农村道德环境,是农村社会失范多维治理的基本路径。Rural social anomie is an inevitable social phenomenon in the process of modernization transformation.It has the characteristics of both concealment and openness,strong demonstration and radiation,high incidence and recurrence rate.Effective governance of rural anomie is an objective requirement to accelerate the modernization process.The necessity of multidimensional governance is determined by the extensiveness of the occurrence and existing field of anomie in rural society,the multi-layered degree of anomie,and the complexity of the subject of anomie.The basic paths for multidimensional governance of rural social anomie are:unblocking the channels for the realization of farmers’interests and fully satisfying the interests of farmers;strengthening the construction of the rural legal system and improving the level of the rule of law in rural areas;strengthening the construction of rural morality and optimizing the rural moral environment.
