摘  要:针对油田水套炉露点腐蚀现象,基于某采油厂现场采集的测试数据,确定了影响排烟温度的因素,编写了水套炉热力及露点温度计算程序。应用传热理论公式和程序计算结果,讨论了加热负荷率和过量空气系数对排烟温度的影响规律,提出了防治水套炉露点腐蚀的临界过量空气系数和临界烟管传热面积概念。研究结果表明,负荷率越低、过量空气系数越小、烟管传热面积越大,排烟温度越低。负荷率、过量空气系数、烟管传热面积这3个因素匹配得当,排烟温度才不会低于露点温度,从而避免水套炉发生露点腐蚀。临界过量空气系数和临界烟管传热面积与水套炉的设计参数及燃料特性有关,要根据具体问题有针对性地计算得出。提出的露点腐蚀防治方法理论性强且简便易行,对在实际操作中避免水套炉发生露点腐蚀有指导意义。Aiming at the dew point corrosion of the water jacket heaters used in the oil field,a calculation program for the heat and dew point temperature of the water jacket heaters was compiled,and the influencing factors of the exhaust gas temperature were calculated theoretically.The calculation results show that the lower the load rate,the smaller the excess air coefficient,and the larger the heat transfer area of the flue pipe,the lower the exhaust gas temperature will be.Therefore,if the three factors of load rate,excess air coefficient and heat transfer area of the flue pipe are not matched properly,the exhaust gas temperature will be lower than the dew point temperature,and dew point corrosion of the water jacket heater will occur.Because the load rate is restricted by the heating task and cannot be adjusted,the dew point corrosion can be prevented by adjusting the excess air coefficient to be greater than the critical value,or the heat transfer area of the flue pipe to be less than the critical value.The critical excess air coefficient and the critical heat transfer area of the flue pipe are related to the design parameters of the water jacket furnace and the fuel characteristics and should be calculated according to specific problems.The proposed dew point corrosion prevention method is theoretical and easy to implement and has guiding significance for avoiding dew point corrosion in water jacket heaters in practical operation.
