摘 要:为验证低标号混凝土芯样加工方法对抗压强度的影响,采用混凝土强度等级为C20、C25的混凝土试块进行试验研究。为了达到低标号混凝土的状态,混凝土试块及芯样的破型龄期为13d。试验分别采用补平法及磨平法制作芯样各9个,同时各标号混凝土留置标准试块1组,用于确定试块抗压强度标准值。试验结果表明,在低标号混凝土芯样加工方法中,采用磨平法加工的芯样抗压强度略高于补平法,采用补平法的加工芯样抗压强度与标准试块抗压强度更接近。In order to verify the influence of the low-grade concrete core sample processing method on the compressive strength, concrete test blocks with concrete strength grades of C20 and C25 were used for experimental research. In order to achieve the state of low-grade concrete,the fracture age of concrete test blocks and core samples is 13 days. Nine core samples were made by the filling method and the grinding method respectively, and at the same time, one set of standard test blocks was left for each grade of concrete to determine the standard value of the compressive strength of the test blocks. The test results show that in the low-grade concrete core sample processing method,the compressive strength of the core sample using the grinding method is slightly higher than that of the filling method, and the compressive strength of the core sample using the filling method is closer to the compressive strength of the standard test block.
