摘　　要：文中以某建筑为例,利用SAP93软件分析了该建筑结构预应力混凝土板式转换层施工设计,以等效荷载法分析预应力钢筋的数量及布置方式,利用承载力极限状态计算得出非预应力钢筋的大小,利用双控法确定预应力钢筋的张力大小,结合计算结果使用外加剂等手段提高施工质量。根据对工程的转换板受力情况进行检测和分析,结果表明,测量值与实际的计算值相差数值可忽略不计,转换层的施工设计符合建筑要求。This paper takes a building as an example, using SAP93 software to analysis the structure of pre-stressed concrete plate transformation layer construction design, the equivalent load method was used to analyze the quantity and arrangement of pre-stressed reinforcement, using the calculated bearing capacity limit state of pre-stressed reinforcement, the size of the double control method is used to determine the size of tension of pre-stressed steel bar, Combined with the calculated results, the construction quality is improved by means of admixture. The results show that the difference between the measured value and the actual calculated value can be ignored, and the construction design of the transfer floor meets the requirements of the building.
