摘　　要：文中从杭州大会展中心建筑设计管理出发,结合会展中心一期项目施工图阶段设计管理经验,系统地介绍施工图设计过程中,采用BIM技术伴随式设计的应用情况,阐明应用BIM技术可协调项目各方的信息传递,减少图纸错误和各方沟通弊端,在项目施工前提前解决技术难题,达到管理升级、降本增效目的,希望本文为相关项目的设计以及设计管理者提供有益的借鉴。Starting from the architectural design management of Hangzhou Convention and Exhibition Center, combined with the design management experience in the construction drawing stage of he frist-stage project of Hangzhou Convention and Exhibition Center, this article systematically introduces the application of BIM Technology in the process of construction drawing design, and expounds that the application of BIM Technology can coordinate the information transmission of all parties in the project, reduce drawing errors and communication disadvantages of all parties, and solve technical problems in advance before the project implementation, To achieve the purpose of management upgrading, Reduce costs and increase efficiency, Through this article, we hope to provide useful reference for the design and design management of related projects.
